By accessing or using HerCraft Market ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
HerCraft Market is an online marketplace platform that connects buyers with women-owned businesses. We provide a centralized platform for sellers to list products and for buyers to discover, browse, and purchase from these businesses directly through our checkout system.
HerCraft Market processes all transactions securely on our platform using Stripe payment processing. When you purchase a product, you complete checkout directly on HerCraft and the seller fulfills your order. All transactions are between you and the seller, facilitated by HerCraft Market.

If you register as a seller on HerCraft Market, you additionally agree to:
Setup Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $25 USD is required to activate your seller account. This fee grants you access to the seller dashboard and product listing tools.
Monthly Subscription: After paying the setup fee, you will be charged a recurring monthly subscription fee of $10 USD. This charge occurs on the same day each month and is non-refundable.
Commission-Free: HerCraft Market charges no commission on your sales. You keep 100% of your product revenues after transaction processing fees charged by your payment processor.
Payment Processing: All transactions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file.
Cancellation Deadline: To cancel your subscription, you must submit a cancellation request at least 1 hour before your next billing date. Cancellations submitted less than 1 hour before the billing date will not be processed until after the charge has been applied.

After Cancellation: Your seller account will remain accessible through the end of your current billing period. Products will remain visible but you will not be able to edit or add new products. Upon expiration of your billing period, your seller account will be deactivated.
Refunds: Monthly subscription fees and setup fees are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for cancellations or partial months.
Reactivation: If you cancel and wish to reactivate your seller account, you will be required to pay the setup fee again.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HerCraft Market and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Sellers retain ownership of their product images, descriptions, and other content they upload to the Platform. By uploading content, sellers grant HerCraft Market a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform for promotional purposes.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
HerCraft Market is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by sellers, nor for the accuracy of seller listings. Any disputes regarding purchases should be resolved directly with the seller.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HERCRAFT MARKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Sellers who cancel their subscription will retain access until the end of their current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
